Jyoti’s aura is hard to miss. When you interact with her, within minutes you can discover that
she possesses a wealth of knowledge and wisdom but still values humility, kindness and spirituality.
From a humble beginning to having achieved a significant amount of success in every walks of
her life, she is still firmly and deeply rooted. Jyoti credits her sheer dedication, hard work, self-belief, perseverance and immense love and faith in the Almighty as her tools to success.
Qualification
· Jyoti has excelled in the academic qualifications.
She was the topper of her school in Matric and had the highest marks in the entire state in two different subjects. She passed her Senior Secondary Examination from the prestigious D.A.V. Shyamaly, Ranchi, and had second highest marks in the English subject. She went on to study Aeronautical Engineering from Jamshedpur and specialized in Automobile Engg. from Chennai. Throughout her academic years, she
was the winner of various quiz competitions and debates. Jyoti worked with Air India, Mumbai for almost 2 years before taking up full time career in entertainment, fashion, Television and grooming/personaldevelopment.Journey in the glamour and fashion world Jyoti started her journey in the modelling world when she was just 15 years.
She won “Miss Best Catwalk” at “Lakme Beauty Pageant”. She then secured the title of“Miss Jamshedpur 1ST runner up” whilst studying engineering. She was also the finalistfor “Tilotama Miss Kolkata”When Jyoti landed a position as an Aircraft Engineer in Air India, Mumbai, she honed her
modelling skills and went on to participate in “Miss India Worldwide” where she was
the winner of “Miss Beautiful Smile”. Jyoti then went on to become a Mega Model and
participated in the renowned “Gladrags Mega Model”.
Her big break was “Miss India 2004” where out of many entrants from across India, she was
chosen as one of the finalists after several rounds of auditions . Jyoti was chosen to
represent India at the international beauty pageant “Tourism Model of World 2006”
held in Tanzania. She made our country proud and was one of the finalists.
Jyoti did several modelling assignments with local and international fashion designers and
choreographers. Print and electronic media advertisement for reputed brands, music
videos, including the very famous “yeh raat bheegi bheegi” by Nitin Bali and many
theme based and corporate films.
You would also remember Jyoti as the versatile, funny and energetic V.J. From the music
channel ETC . Jyoti used to host song based request shows, interviews and lives shows .
Jyoti is currenting based in South Africa. She is an Entrepreneur, Fashion Designer/
Stylist, Grooming / Personal development Mentor and Holistic Yoga and Mindfulness
Practitioner. She has recently designed and styled the costumes for an South African-
Indian film.

Jyoti always had the quest for learning and achieving more in her life and specially things that would help her to empower and enlighten others. She believes that no matter how successful you are, if you did not help even a single person to achieve his/ her dreams or any help in any form , you have actually failed.
• Jyoti has over 15 years of experience in the Grooming and Personal development and she has been practicing Mindfulness and Yoga for over 16 years. Jyoti was a guest faculty at the Indian Institute Of Trade and Commerce, Mumbai and Grooming Dales, Mumbai for Grooming and Personality Development. She was also responsible for the structuring of the syllabus and holding their workshops. She has successfully conducted Grooming/ PD workshops pan India and overseas like Mauritius, Reunion Island and South Africa. Jyoti has personally groomed many models, actors, corporates, professional, talent hunt participants in India and overseas to improve their
personalities and achieve success. She has also done many events as a event manager and project coordinator in India and abroad.
• Jyoti had been invited to judge many beauty pageants, talent hunts and groom the participants and supported many social causes and charities.
• Jyoti as an entrepreneur and team leader for her Travel business has led over 100 leaders in across 6 different
countries in the world. She has received training under the world famous speakers and mentors like Marc Acceta,
Hollywood celebrity coach Johnny Wimbery, Best Selling authors and speakers Matt Morris and Jefferson Santos.
